Growing up in South Africa I have always been committed to serving my community . I moved to Canada in my early 20’s and continued my career as a physiotherapist.

As the years passed, I was blessed with a family, business success, great business partners, 7 clinics and a dynamic staff however there were obstacles and challenges as is for everyone.

In 2010 my husband and son were faced with severe health issues. This time in my life was extremely stressful as I juggled work and the increasing needs of my family. I was maintaining a high level of performance in all the areas of my life, thanks to my grounding self practices of yoga and meditation.

I noticed so many of my clients and their families struggle with very little tools at hand .

This is when my started my wellness coaching journey began and my training in becoming a yoga and meditation teacher. It attracted me because of the 3-dimensional view of looking at a person’s health and wellness. I was very aware that chronic pain management needed to encompass physical, mental , emotional and spiritual domains.

There are no quick fixes, its a holistic approach to health and well-being and it’s certainly not a straight line.

The only thing we can change is ourselves. I’ve learned that how I choose to take care of myself and respond to whats going on around me is part of wellbeing and that is what I would love to guide you through.
